Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility Requirements

For unused journals: To be eligible for a return, your journal must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unmarked, and in its original packaging. You will also need your order number or proof of purchase.

For used journals: If you have completed 20 or more entries in your OFF journal and found it was not effective for you, you may be eligible for a return. Used journal returns require verification of use and may include a brief consultation to help us understand your experience and improve our product.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, contact us at hello@findequilibria.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Whether the journal is unused or used
  • For unused journals: a brief explanation of why you decided not to try it
  • For used journals: brief feedback on your experience

We will respond within 3-5 business days with next steps and return instructions.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

For damage claims, please include photos of both the item and packaging in your initial email. We typically offer one replacement per order for damaged items. Multiple damage claims from the same customer or address may require additional verification before a replacement or refund is issued.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Bulk orders: Orders of 10 or more journals are final sale and cannot be returned. Exchanges may be available for defective items. Please contact us at hello@findequilibria.com to discuss bulk order concerns.
  • Maximum return quantity: You may return a maximum of 8 journals per return request.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged journal, we will gladly exchange it for a new one. Please contact us at hello@findequilibria.com with your order number and photos of the issue. For all other situations, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

For unused journals: If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus return shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee within 10 business days.

For used journals: If approved after verification, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method for the full purchase price within 10 business days. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Promotional Shipping Adjustments: If your original order qualified for free or discounted shipping, and your return brings the remaining order value below the qualifying threshold, the actual shipping cost incurred will be deducted from your refund. For example, if you purchased 3 journals and qualified for free shipping, then returned 2 journals, the original shipping cost for the remaining journal will be deducted from your refund.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Policy Enforcement

We trust our customers and design our policies to be fair and generous. However, we reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel returns, refunds, or replacements if we detect patterns consistent with policy abuse or fraudulent activity. This helps us maintain sustainable operations and continue offering flexible return options to genuine customers.
