Shipping policy

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-4 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Please note that processing times may be extended during peak seasons or promotional periods.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.

Free Shipping: Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders that meet certain conditions. Eligibility for free shipping will be displayed at checkout. If you return part of an order that qualified for free shipping, and the remaining items total less than the free shipping threshold, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. This ensures fairness for all customers and allows us to continue offering free shipping promotions.

Delivery Times: Once shipped, delivery typically takes:

  • Canada: 3-7 business days
  • United States: 5-10 business days

Please note that these are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors beyond our control.

Shipping Carriers

We mainly ship via Canada Post and USPS but depending on delivery rates may use other carriers such as UPS, FedEx, Purolator, DHL or others. Tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to re-send the order.

Delivery Issues and Delays

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carrier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Customs processing (for international orders)
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
  • Failed delivery attempts due to recipient unavailability

If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at hello@findequilibria.com so we can assist you.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please:

  1. Check with neighbors or household members
  2. Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation
  3. Contact us at hello@findequilibria.com within 7 days of the delivery date

We will work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue, but please note that once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the recipient.

Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@findequilibria.com with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, multiple failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges will apply for re-shipment.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to Canada and the United States excluding Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Alaska, and Hawaii. Shipping to Europe coming soon!
